Push notifications not working on iPhone
On iPhone, push has one strict requirement.
Install the app first
Section titled “Install the app first”Push notifications only work from the installed (home-screen) app on iPhone — never from a Safari tab. If you’re opening AtgoraX in Safari, push can’t reach you.
- In Safari, open app.atgorax.com.
- Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Open AtgoraX from the home-screen icon.
- Go to Settings → Notifications and enable push. Allow the iOS prompt.
Still nothing?
Section titled “Still nothing?”- Check iOS Settings → Notifications → AtgoraX is allowed.
- Make sure the relevant notification type is on in the app’s settings.
- Reinstall: remove the home-screen app and add it again, then re-enable push.
