Assign trainers to members

Staff instructors work only with the members you assign to them.

Assigning

From a member’s profile (or your staff view), assign one of your instructors. That instructor can then program for and review that member.

What an instructor coaches

Your plan covers your instructors’ workout coaching: they design, assign and monitor your members’ workouts, and members follow them. Members run their own meals. An instructor who wants to coach meals, nutrition, sleep and body progress too — or take on clients of their own — can add the Personal Trainer tools with a plan they pay for. It never costs your gym anything and never changes your plan.

Why it works this way

For privacy, staff only ever see their assigned members — never your whole membership. This keeps each member’s data with the right instructor. See the staff view: Why can’t I see all gym members?.
