Grace period & expiry
When a paid period ends without renewal, you don’t lose access instantly.
The 5-day grace period
Section titled “The 5-day grace period”For 5 days after expiry your account is read-only — you can still open the app and see your data, but paid features are paused. Renew any time during grace to restore full access immediately.
After grace
Section titled “After grace”Once the grace period passes, paid features lock until you renew.
Add-ons are different
Section titled “Add-ons are different”Two plans sit on top of something a facility or trainer already covers: an instructor’s Personal Trainer tools and a member’s or client’s Individual add-on. When one of those lapses, only its extra features lock — there is no read-only period and no locked account, because the membership, coaching or facility work underneath carries on as normal. Renew any time to get the extras back.
